i sincerely believe that a person who takes on habits that regularly take care of their wellbeing can sustainably and reliably transform their life, build confidence, lift themselves out of depression, etc.
i will be making more mindfulness related resources when possible, as I want to encourage good habits/practices such as:

journaling
nsdr (non sleep deep rest)
meditation
yoga
yoga nidra
reducing overstilmulation
researching wellbeing
etc
